Refund & Return policy

1.⁠ prints

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping: at customer’s expense, unless due to a defect or our mistake.

  • Refund issued after receipt and inspection of the item.

2.⁠ ⁠books

  • Returns accepted within 14 days, only if the book is intact and undamaged.

  • Return shipping: at customer’s expense, unless due to a defect or our mistake.

  • Refund processed after inspection of the returned item.

3.⁠ ⁠ ⁠Premium Editions (made-to-order)

  • Each piece is custom-made for the client.

  • No refunds or cancellations, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • If a defect is confirmed, return and replacement costs are covered by us.

  • Damaged items during transport (Premium Editions).

  • Before shipping, photos of the artworks and their packaging are taken and archived.

  • If damage is found upon delivery, it is mandatory to report it within 48 hours, with clear photos of the item and packaging (inside and outside).

  • This declaration is required to activate transport insurance.

  • Depending on the case, a replacement or full refund will be offered.

4.⁠ T-shirts (made-to-order)

  • Each T-shirt is produced on demand.

  • No refunds or cancellations, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • If a defect is confirmed, return and replacement costs are covered by us.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: up to 14 business days after return validation.

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

6.⁠ ⁠ ⁠Order cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (Premium Editions, T-shirts) cannot be canceled once production has started.
